1. Acceptance & Eligibility

  2. International Scope: The Platform is accessible worldwide. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of Vigilanteapp.com complies with all local laws, statutes, and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2. Prohibited Conduct & Content Rules

To maintain a secure and legal environment globally, Vigilanteapp.com enforces strict content moderation. You expressly agree NOT to use the Platform to upload, stream, post, transmit, or promote:

  1. Unlawful Extrajudicial Actions & Violence: Any content that encourages, coordinates, or depicts extrajudicial physical violence, vigilante actions, illegal detention, assault, property damage, or unlawful physical confrontation.

  2. Harassment & Doxxing: Publicly releasing private personal information (doxxing), incitement of mob harassment, stalking, hate speech, or threats against any individual or group.

  3. Illegal Media: Child exploitation material, non-consensual imagery, terrorism promotion, or content violating copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

  4. Malicious Activity: Viruses, malware, automated bots, unauthorized scraping, or attempting to compromise the security of Platform servers or payment gateways.

3. Platform Modules, Transactions & Internal Wallet

Vigilanteapp.com operates using multi-module platform features (including PlayTube architecture). Your financial interactions are subject to the following rules:

A. Internal Wallet & Top-Ups

  • Funds deposited into your Vigilanteapp.com internal wallet are non-refundable and non-transferable. Wallet credits must be utilized solely for platform features (PRO access, pay-per-view rentals, creator tipping, and store purchases).

B. Subscriptions & PRO Packages

  • PRO subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your Account Settings. Payments already processed are non-refundable as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

C. Pay-Per-View, Movies & Digital Store

  • Unlocking pay-per-view videos or purchasing digital store assets grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view or stream the content for personal, non-commercial use.

D. Creator Support & Tipping

  • All tips, virtual gifts, and direct creator contributions are voluntary and final once processed.

4. User-Generated Content & Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership: You retain ownership of the original content you upload to Vigilanteapp.com.

  2. Platform License: By uploading content, you grant Vigilanteapp.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, display, stream, distribute, reproduce, and promote your content in connection with operating the Platform.

  3. Copyright & DMCA Take-Downs: We respect intellectual property. Copyright holders may submit notice of alleged infringement to copyright@vigilanteapp.com detailing the copyrighted work and material URL. Repeat infringers will have their accounts permanently terminated.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

  1. "AS IS" Service: The Platform and all features are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  2. No Liability for User Actions: Vigilanteapp.com is a neutral technology service provider. We are not liable for the conduct, offline actions, comments, videos, or disputes created by users, creators, or third parties on or off the Platform.

  3. Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vigilanteapp.com, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Account Termination & Chargebacks

  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

  • Disputes & Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized payment disputes or credit card chargebacks without first contacting Support will result in an immediate account ban, forfeiture of wallet balances, and potential legal recovery.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operating jurisdiction of Vigilanteapp.com, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or within designated courts having jurisdiction over the platform operator.
